Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Gold Fluke Services is a Navy veteran-owned property services business based in McAllen, Texas. This policy covers goldfluke.com.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, an optional company name, your phone and/or email, your city, how you prefer to be contacted, the services and options you picked, property type and size, timing, and any notes you write.
- Plan finder answers: if you use the plan finder, the answers you pick (who you are, your situation, how many units, the condition of the property and whether it is occupied) are sent with your quote request.
- Job interest: your name, phone or email, the role, and what you tell us about your experience.
We don't ask for your street address, date of birth, payment details or ID on this site. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the notes box.
What we don't collect
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this site. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a written quote and do the work you hire us for.
- To follow up about a job opening you expressed interest in.
- To keep records our business needs, such as quotes and invoices.
We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles about you.
Calls and texts
If you choose text as your preferred contact method, we'll text you about your request only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
Who processes it for us
- Google (Google Workspace and Firebase Hosting): stores the requests you send and hosts this website.
- Google Fonts: your browser downloads our typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Google states it does not set cookies for this.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. Requests that don't become jobs are deleted when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, and we'll respond within 45 days.
Security
Requests are stored in our Google Workspace account, which only our team can open. No online system is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything you'd need to keep secret.
Children
This site is for adults arranging property services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
